IBC Section 202-Appeal to National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
Effective from 15.11.2016
Any insolvency professional agency which is aggrieved by the order of the Board made under section 201 may prefer an appeal to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in such form, within such period, and in such manner, as may be specified by

Appeal.
9.An appeal may be preferred under section 202 of the Code, within a period of thirty days of receipt the impugned order in the manner prescribed in Part III of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016.
