27.1.18 NCLAT (Salaries and Allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2015.

18. Residuary provisions. – Matters relating to the terms and conditions of service of the President and Members, with respect to which no express provision has been made in these rules, shall be same as may, for the time being, is applicable to other employees of the Government of India of a corresponding status.
