27.2.1 NCLT (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of President and other Members) Rules, 2015.

1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Tribunal (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of President and other Members) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
