28.1.1-Companies (Mediation and Conciliation) Rules, 2016

1. Short Title and Commencement

(1) These rule may be called the Companies (Mediation and Conciliation) Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official gazette.
