Regulation 12 - Dispatch of issue material
Effective from 26-08-2009
The lead merchant bankers shall dispatch the offer document and other issue material including forms for ASBA to the designated stock exchange, syndicate members, underwriters, bankers to the issue, investors’ associations and Self Certified Syndicate Banks in advance.
