Regulation 1 - Short title, and commencement
Effective from 06-06-2008
(1) These Regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in
the Official Gazette.
