1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees) Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
