Preamble- Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014

G.S.R. 250(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3, section 4, subsections (5) and (6) of section 5, section 6, sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7, subsection (1) and (2) of section 8, clauses (a) and (b) of subsection (1) of section 11, subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5) of section 12, sub-sections (3), (4) and proviso to sub-section (5) of section 13, sub section (2) of section 14, sub-section (1) of section 17, sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and in suppression of the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956 or any other relevant rules prescribed under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) on matters covered under these rules, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such suppression, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: –
