1. Short title and commencement. –

(1) These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Manner of Recruitment and Terms and Conditions of Service of Public Relation Officer and Assistant Manager) Rules, 2024.

(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
