The Tribunal2(90) Tribunal means the National Company Law Tribunal constituted under section 408 or the Appellate Tribunal2(4) Appellate Tribunal means the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal constituted under section 410 may, by general or special order, direct, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, any of its officers2(59) Officer includes any director, manager or key managerial personnel or any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the Board of Directors or any one or more of the directors is or are accustomed to act or employees or any other person authorised by it to inquire into any matter connected with any proceeding or, as the case may be, appeal before it and to report to it in such manner as may be specified in the order.
