Section 313. Cesser of Board's powers on appointment of Company Liquidator

On the appointment of a , all the powers of the Board of Directors and of the managing or and manager, if any, shall cease, except for the purpose of giving notice of such appointment of the Company Liquidator to the Registrar.

 

 

Company Liquidator  means a person appointed by the Tribunal as the Company Liquidator in accordance with the provisions of section 275 for the winding up of a company under this Act.
 “whole-time director” includes a director in the whole-time employment of the company
