Section 288. Submission of periodical reports to Tribunal

(1) The Company Liquidator2(23) Company Liquidator means a person appointed by the Tribunal as the Company Liquidator in accordance with the provisions of section 275 for the winding up of a company under this Act. shall make periodical reports to the Tribunal2(90) Tribunal means the National Company Law Tribunal constituted under section 408 and in any case make a report at the end of each quarter with respect to the progress of the winding up of the company2(20) Company means a company incorporated under this Act or under any previous company law in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The Tribunal may, on an application by the Company Liquidator, review the orders made by it and make such modifications as it thinks fit.
