19. Public announcement.Inserted vide Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) Regulations, 2021 dated 09.04.2021. To view the notification, Click Here.(1) The resolution professional shall make a public announcement within two days of the commencement of the process.
(2) The public announcement referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be-
(a) in Form P9To view the Form included in the Schedule, Click Here.; such format as notified by the Board; Substituted vide Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026 dated 01.06.2026. (b) sent to every creditor listed in Form P2To view the Form included in the Schedule, Click Here.; such format as notified by the Board; Substituted vide Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026 dated 01.06.2026. To view the notification, Click Here.
(c) sent to information utilities; and
(d) published on the website, if any, of the corporate debtor and the Board.
