2.18.19. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) Regulations, 2021
19. Public announcement.(1) The resolution professional shall make a public announcement within two days of the commencement of the process.
(2) The public announcement referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be-
(a) in Form P9;
(b) sent to every creditor listed in Form P2;
(c) sent to information utilities; and
(d) published on the website, if any, of the corporate debtor and the Board.
