1. Short title and commencement.Inserted vide Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) Regulations, 2021 dated 09.04.2021. (2) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
