2.13.1:Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Employees’ Service) Regulations, 2017

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These regulations may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Employees’ Service) Regulations, 2017.

(2) These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
