Section 116.Resolutions passed at adjourned meeting.

Where a resolution is passed at an adjourned meeting of—
(b) the holders of any class of in a company; or
the resolution shall, for all purposes, be treated as having been passed on the date on which it was in fact passed, and shall not be deemed to have been passed on any earlier date.
Company means a company incorporated under this Act or under any previous company law
2(84) Share means a share in the share capital of a company and includes stock
Board of Directors, in relation to a company, means the collective body of the directors of the company
